Common Sneezeweed

A fall-blooming wet-meadow composite that keeps nectar coming into October, after the uplands have mostly gone quiet. Cheap from seed, surface-sown on wet ground where light can reach it. One flag for the grazing plan: stock generally won’t touch it standing, but it’s poisonous in hay — one more reason the pocket stays out of any future cutting.
